Since my stomach problems Friday, I am feeling much better -- just tired and busy grading papers.

First Appointment
I had my first appointment on Monday. It seemed like just a normal yearly appointment with blood taken and extra info. Right now it looks as if the baby will be due on August 26th. (I'm sure most know this is just an arbitrary date.) I will go in for exams monthly until around June and then every 2 weeks. Next month the doc is doing a sort of ultrasound that will give a better idea of the due date.

This is so exciting. Brings back fond memories of when I found out you were being expected - my first grandchild. A lot has happened since then but you will always remain very special to me.
