CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS????

I just filled up for this price in Taylor tonight. I cannot remember when I paid below $2 for gas. It seems like so long ago.

1st BBQ

Eddie loves barbeque!! We took him to the new Saltlick in Round Rock (the original location is more than an hour away and this new one is only about 15 minutes away). We tried to feed him some BBQ and he would not have any. When we were close to done, he decided that he might like it and proceded to eat quite a bit of brisket and many beans!! He loved his BBQ.

Pumpkin Patch

Eddie went to the pumpkin patch in Elgin with some of his friends from Kindermusik. He has so much fun. We took a hay ride through the Christmas trees that they grow here.

Star Wars

You probably cannot tell, but on the TV is Star Wars. Daddy has been watching a lot of it recently and Eddie is watching it with him. He decided this night that he was tired of wearing clothes, but opted to keep the shoes on. At least this time it is two of the same shoe.

What a cute smile

Eddie has learned to smile when you ask him to....this is what you get from him. If you look through the web album, you will notice the pictures that we have asked him to smile. What a cutie!!

Daddy is home and we are so happy!!!

Eddie W misses Eddie F

EW had a little meltdown on the day that Daddy was returning. EF had been in Orange, TX to help with Hurricane Ike relief and Mommy and EW had been on our own for the entire week. EW did very well just talking to Daddy on the phone throughout the week, but on Monday, while Daddy was getting ready to come back, EW missed his Daddy very much. EW was pointing at the door saying "outside, outside" and "dada, dada". Many times Daddy calls as he is coming home in the morning after his shift is over and we go outside to wait a few minutes to see him. Unfortunately, when Daddy called Monday morning, he was several hours away from us. So, EW had a little meltdown.

Getting Ready for IKE

I went to the store with Mommy to help shop for supplies in case Hurricane Ike comes to visit us.

Fantasy Football

I helped Daddy pick his fantasy football team!!! Let's see how they do!

One more favorite thing

Eddie has only recently started eating more. This is one baby food that he will eat....this is the only flavor!!! (and I can only find it sometimes at Target and BabiesRUs) Also he eats YoBaby yogurt....but only the vanilla and banana flavor(found only at HEB on Gattis and most Wal-marts).

However, you will all be happy to know that he now eats taco meat, meatloaf, french fries, and mac and cheese. He ate some chicken nuggets for me, but has refused to eat them in front of his Daddy, so Ed does not believe that he will eat chicken. He ate some rice the other night while eating some taco meat.

He loves ice cream!!!

We are trying to branch out, but he still spits most veggies out of his mouth. We will get there, one bite at a time.
